Both support calls (level 1 I assume) gave me a new installation ID. My many attempts to resolve this issue through this dialogue box fail, and I receive "Windows could not be validated as genuine" error. Now I get continual warnings from "Windows Activation Technologies" that "This computer is not running genuine Windows" (error code 0x8004fe21). I replaced the hard drive because I bumped it and it started misbehaving. I recently cloned the old hard drive and installed a new one. This is a retail upgrade version I purchased in 2009 directly from Microsoft to replace the original Vista that came with the computer. I have a Toshiba a605-p200 laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit, SP1. I'm trying to resolve an issue I'm having and realize I need some help.
